The Delaware Center for Health Innovation's new website has offically launched! This website is a new and improved resource for those looking to stay up to date with DCHI's board, the five committee's and their many initiatives. There are many new features to take advantage of and the opportunities are endless! To stay connected with DCHI and continue to spread the word of their work, here's a few tips and tricks on how to utilize the website to it's fullest.
Stay Up to Date
Throughout the new DCHI website, you'll see the call-to-action to sign-up for updates and stay connected. This part is very important. Enter your email address and click the "stay up to date button", or click here. This button will send you to a page, where you're able to distinguish which communications you'd like to receive. If you're on a committee, interested in a few, or just want to receive basic DCHI updates, here's where you let us know what and how often you'd like to hear from DCHI. Fill in your email address on the call-to-action on the right to get started!
Committee Homepages
The five committees are the backbone of DCHI. On the committee homepages, you'll receieve an indepth look at each committee, their initiatives and their up-to-date progress. You'll be able to access their most recent piece of content and explore and download all existing pieces. Looking for the last meeting agenda? This is where you'll find it. Would love to reread the Clinical Committee's Charter? It's here, along with the other consensus papers and pieces of content.
Resource Center
All of the DCHI and committee documents, in one place! As the amount of interesting and informative DCHI content grows, so will this resource center. Use this page as your go to when searching for a new or old consensus paper, charter or other piece of long-form content. Browse by committee, content type or keyword.
Social Media
In the top right hand corner, you'll find DCHI's three social media accounts - Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn. It's important that you follow and like each of these accounts to receive real-time updates on DCHI and important news. You're also able to share content from the DCHI website on your own social. Find a blog post that resonates with you and locate the FOUR black social icons at the top of the page. These buttons allow you to share the post on Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn and also share via email to a colleague who may also be interested!
Events
This page will be one of your most valuable pages! Here you can see what meetings are upcoming and information on past meetings. Want to learn more about what Healthy Neighborhoods is up to? Their latest meeting agenda is available here for you to browse. Missed the last board meeting? Don't worry! The agenda & powerpoint will be up shortly after the meeting. At the bottom of the page, you'll find a comprehensive calendar that includes all of DCHI's events until the end of the year.
Blogs
The health care system changes very frequnetly, which is why it's important to stay in the loop of what's happening. Within the DCHI blog section of the website, you'll find up-to-date health care news on a variety of different topics, including practice transformation, population health, payment models, and many more!
